Ordered in midst of snow strom for next day delivery. I requested flower changes. All done online without even a phone call. Flowers were lovely, on time. Excellent!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online for a friend who just lost her brother. Someone from Gregory's immediately called to let me know that the arrangement I had ordered was made specifically for viewing at funeral homes which meant it was designed to be viewed from the front only. She quickly suggested a different arrangement in a vase with the same flowers for the exact same cost and the problem was all taken care. My friend texted to say she thought the flowers were beautiful. Can't ask for better customer service than that. Gregories will be my go to florist from now on.
